Darren Seid founded Epimoni in 2014 marking the beginning of a new chapter for the New York City based executive. Seid was formerly Managing Director of Pink Stone Capital Group and credits much of his real estate knowledge to the time he spent at Pink Stone. He most notably worked on a 54 story tower in the Financial District of Manhattan planned to house 390 residences, 20,000 square feet of retail, and was designed by renowned architect, Gary Handel. Seid began his real estate career in 2011 with Veracity Development and has cumulatively worked on projects that total more than $800mm, 1,200,000 square feet, and 1,200 units, across New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.
Mr. Seid lives with his family on the Upper West Side of Manhattan.
