Darren Seid founded Epimoni in 2014 marking the beginning of a new chapter for the New York City based executive. Seid provides the vision and direction for all of Epimoni’s investment activities. In his unwavering belief, Seid feels all people & companies are connected as one, all intended to benefit together from a collective effort towards a common goal. This philosophical approach allows Epimoni to form lasting relationships across all elements of the real estate industry.
Seid was formerly Managing Director of Pink Stone Capital Group where he most notably worked on a NYC skyline defining tower in the Financial District of Manhattan. 8 Carlisle Street is planned to house 462 residences, 20,000 square feet of retail, and is being designed by a world renowned design team from Handel Architects. Seid & Epimoni have a continued role on this project today.
Dating back to 2011, from the start of his real estate career with Veracity Development, Seid has cumulatively worked on projects valued at over $1 billion, representing over 1,480 residential units, over 76,000 square feet of retail & commercial space, totaling more than 1,650,000 square feet spanning across New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.
Mr. Seid lives with his family on the Upper West Side of Manhattan.
